If you ever wondered why some people just… drift out of your life? Lemme tell you that there’s definitely no clear answer to this. People come and go. And it’s not always a bad thing tho.
They come into your life at the right time, teach you something, help you grow, and then, when their role is done, they leave. And that’s alright.
Think about it: a person who gave you love when you needed it the most, who was your rock during a tough phase, or who pushed you to take risks at work, they all had a role in your journey.
They were there when you needed them most, but as time went on, their job was over or whatever they were getting from it just stopped.
It doesn’t mean the connection wasn’t real or meaningful; it just means it served its purpose.
Not everyone is meant to stay.
Some people are like chapters in a book, essential to the story, but not the whole story.
Holding onto them when it’s time to let go only keeps you stuck. Instead, be grateful for what they brought into your life and trust that their exit makes space for new people, new lessons, and new growth.
Life is about seasons, and people are part of that cycle. Let them go with love, and keep moving forward. The best is yet to come.
