  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide and orders go out next day! Shipping prices vary by region... No, they don't. Free shipping for everyone :)

  • How fast is the shipping?

    We ship the orders next day.

    Shipping times:

    Europe: 1 - 7 business days

    Rest of the world: 5 - 12 business days

  • What are the different payment methods?

    We accept these payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

  • What should I do if I want to return an item?

    Please email us at contact@claycie.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We will evaluate the issue and give you further instructions on how to proceed.

  • Do I have to pay for the return shipment?

    For now, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Contact us beforehand with your order number if you want to return an item. (contact@claycie.com)

  • How long does it take to get my refund?

    From the moment we receive the item back the money will be send out and that process typically takes 3-10 days business days (depending on payment method as well).

  • Will I be charged tax or customs on orders

    Residents of the EU will not face any extra tax or customs charges. If you live outside the EU, you may be subject to customs or import taxes. ClayCie is not responsible for these duties or taxes; they are the buyer's responsibility.

  • What should I do if I feel down?

    Try spending more time with your loved ones, it being family or friends. If you can’t do that, start doing or watching more of what you love and enjoy. Otherwise, try leaving your environment for a bit and travel. Breathe a bit. Hope that can help.
